Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped. Please note that potential postal service delays may occur due to high order volumes, which are beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and shown at checkout.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Check Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at callistolabshelps@gmail.com with your name and order number for assistance.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some mail carriers used by our shipping partners cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. To ensure timely delivery, provide a physical address during checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Feel free to contact our customer service team with any questions.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. We will provide a full refund for the return. If your order arrives damaged, email us at callistolabshelps@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item.
